Distribution of funds

Where are the funds going?

As you may have noticed already, transparency is important to us. Here is full disclosure of how the funds are distributed.

Our margins are calculated based on the value of the prize. We add 30% to the prize value to determine the minimum number of tickets to sell for a raffle to happen. That 30% is separated into three different parts:

  1. Charity The first is our charity wallet where we will donate a fix percentage (5%)* of the prize value.

  2. Lucky refund The second is the lucky refund where we wanted to give back to you, the players and the community. This is also (5%)* of the prize value.

  3. Treasury The rest (20%+)* will go towards running the application, dev, administrative costs (sending out prizes) and taking profit.

Any tickets sold above the minimum will go towards running Chance on Chain treasury.

The value of the prize is determined by an above average cost for the item across the globe. As an example, and iPhone might cost $1000 USD in some countries, but over $2000 in other countries.

The same goes towards taking the alternative dollar value ($USDT). The alternative value is 90% of the prize value. The extra 10% of the prize value also goes towards running Chance on Chain.
